APPLEMAC.PK provides a flexible warranty solution, offering one year international plus local warranty for local residents. Our hassle-free warranty claiming process requires clients to contact us for warranty support along with the original company invoice, original packaging, and complete accessories.

Refund Policy

If you have received an incorrect item due to human error, or an item other than what you ordered, you may request a refund after verification. The item must be returned in its original condition, along with the original company invoice, packaging, and complete accessories.

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item. Once the returned product is inspected and approved by our team, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within a specified number of working days.

Important: Refunds are not applicable for change of mind. If the product is found used, damaged by the customer, or reported after 24 hours of delivery, it will not be eligible for refund.

Delivery Policy

For items delivered to your doorstep, customers are responsible for verifying that the received item matches their order and is in the promised condition. We strongly advise opening and checking the product in front of the delivery staff.

Walk-in Sales Policy

Our return policy ensures customers do not receive damaged, broken, scratched, or counterfeit items. Customers are advised to open and inspect products in front of our sales representative or delivery person to verify the item's condition.

Note: This policy only applies to damages discovered inside the box before opening. Damages caused by customers after opening will not be covered, and APPLEMAC.PK will not hold any responsibility.

Accidental Order Policy

If you have accidentally placed an order, please contact our support immediately to cancel it. If the product has already been shipped or is in the delivery process, shipping or delivery charges will be deducted.

For accidental orders reported within 24 hours of receipt, 35% to 45% may be deducted depending on the item's condition. Orders not reported within 24 hours will not be eligible for this policy, and customers will be responsible for payment.

Disclaimer: APPLEMAC.PK reserves the right to reject accidental order claims for refunds or exchanges for safety reasons.

Change of Mind Policy

If you change your mind about an order, please contact our support. We offer exchange solutions for such cases, with a deduction of 35% to 45% to provide customers the option to purchase a more desirable item.
